Managing Director - The face behind the company’s office side of life! Adam was one of the founders of Elite back in 2021. He works tirelessly to make sure all things run smoothly throughout the business, from the beginning of a project right through to the hand over to client.

Senior Management, Contracts Manager - Gary is the driving force of the work staff. He is the other founder of the company in 2021. You will be sure to always find Gary at the heart of jobs: leading by example and ensuring everything is done to high standards.

Thermal Engineer - Luke joined the company in the summer of 2023. He is the company’s first apprentice, currently under TICA training up in Darlington as well as learning on the job. He has taken to the trade brilliantly and is making a great thermal engineer.

Content Director - Sienna is the newest addition to the company, joining in 2024. Sienna runs the company’s social media accounts across all platforms, keeping people updated daily. She also manages the company’s website. We look forward to working more with Sienna in the upcoming years.
